Bagyong "Pablo' Experience.

Bagyong Pablo, Signal No.3 at our place.Compostela Valley. It was a tragic experience. Never had it in my life. My heart was like going to ripped.Until now it was just like a nightmare to me, like it is not sinking to my mind.But when i saw our place, it is true..and we should be strong to overcome this tragedy."Bangon Monkayo". For now nothing is more important to me, to make me and my love ones always safe. I love you God, nothing is impossible with your power. please keep us always safe & protected.

Last day, i read from a book, that coffee contains caffeine, that can bring you to addiction..there are many bad effects in health stated there.So, i was like alarmed, of course who want to have bad health... i tried to stop for almost 3 days..i have read that, once you stop it, you can feel sleepy, stomach irritation, headache & etc. I felt that period..and it make me feel weak,i can't concentrate my work... so i stop it, i stop not using it.. i told myself maybe not now..maybe someday.. i will just minimized using it, but for now not stop it..huhuhu, after i drank coffee today i feel great..so therefore i conclude, i am a COFFEE addict. LOL... is that a crime? i don't think so... :-)

*miss you kpop idols*- thanks God I'm okay now... i don't know what kind of "skin disease" I've had...Darn.! Other said it was a mumps , but someone said allergy..aws!whatever at least I have recovered.. yohoo.
